EPIGAP Optoelektronik GmbH produces opto-electronic devices in small and medium batches using Liquid Phase Epitaxy (LPE) and complete chip processes. Established in 1995, their base in Berlin enables them to cooperate with universities, research organizations and other innovative companies involved in similar technology.
